Returns & Right of Withdrawal Because every order is custom printed specifically for you, our return policy depends on your location and the type of product you ordered:

  • For EU Residents (Standard Designs): By EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@visionframeofficial.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item in original condition, we will issue a refund.

  • For Non-EU Residents (USA, Canada, etc.): Because your items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse. All sales are final.

  • Personalized/Custom Artwork (Global): Any artwork that has been personalized (e.g., custom text, dates, or uploaded photos) is exempt from the right of withdrawal globally. These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items (Our Guarantee) We pride ourselves on high quality and secure packaging. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we will replace it 100% free of charge. Simply contact us at info@visionframeofficial.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Once verified, we will immediately expedite a free replacement to you. You usually do not need to ship the damaged item back.
